A few things I noticed in about 30 seconds.
Justify absolutely all the dates to the right. You've done that with most of the stuff on the top, but Honors, Activities, Extracurriculars etc. all need to mirror the formatting that precedes them.
Put your cum laude up in the education section, append it in the same line as the degree with it a comma following "administration."
Change the font to something a little less craigslist-y. All snobbery aside, it simply looks very pedestrian right now to be frank, like something that would get auto-placed in your email's trash folder.
Change "Other Experiences" to "Activities."
