Can I list an announced deal on my resume with a specific price range? It’s an Ipo with specific (publicly) filed amount a couple months ago but hasn’t priced/closed yet due to market conditions. (So total amount could be different)
What I’m wondering is if it’s okay to list the deal as ~$250M IPO (announced)?
