  • Add a summary bullet to IB like; "Sole SA on abc desk, participated in 123 projects, reported to abc"
  • Add a summary bullet to second role to mirror that. Could take the second bullet content and reword.
  • Why not remove more from leadership...etc and make a transaction section for first job?
Strategic Exit - Medical etc... (In Process/Preliminary/Proposed)
    --details
    Capital Intro/Investor Comm/Investor Relations? - Series B etc...
    --details
(Not sure on your role but consider second part a placeholder. Regardless, the intent is more important. This is a good sign you could improve that complete job entry because it's unclear without more context.)

If you've worked on deals and mandates, can you include them in selected transaction experience? Even if you were doing the grunt work? Or should you keep it in bullet points and keep it general? I'm fairly confident in backing it up. Will be recruiting for summers soon (Ldn)
