Resume Review - Big 4 Tax to Real Estate Development

I am looking to make a career switch from Big 4 Tax to Development Analyst/Associate role.
Could you please help me with my resume?

Removed the Link - Thank you so much for your valuable feedback!

I would love to break into real estate industry so I am open to any position I can take that would be a good fit for me. I have taken the Excel and Fundamentals and Advanced Modeling Courses because I don't have modeling experience.

Q. Would the RED Certificate something that I should pursue instead of pursuing graduate degrees (MBA/MSRE/MSRED)?

Q. Should I try to get the Argus Software Certification (ASC) to show in my resume? It is pretty expensive so I am wondering whether knowing Argus is sufficient.

Please let me know!
Thank you so much!
