First and foremost, hide your information. (blacken it out). You have a lot of work to do here. Your resume seems incomplete in many areas. -put the city, state under the time period you worked, or above and the time period under -get rid of the indent in the second lines of your bullets. -SHOW RESULTS. example: "Participated in loan syndication projects in CoBank’s Capital Markets Group by handling syndication documentation, conducting research, and assisting the Capital Markets Group with syndicate group communication WHICH RESULTED IN... do this for every bullet. -Your additional info should be named Leadership experience or activities. expand on the first bullet and add bullets to the next 2 activities.

As I look at your education and skills sections, there is way way to much white space. I am giving up helping because these are so poorly done. To be honest, and not being a dick, but you are going to have a very tough time getting an interview with a resume like this.
