Resume Review: Career Change into IB

I'm a 2007 grad, looking to switch careers into investment banking. Please provide feedback re: the feasibility of this (assuming analyst position with boutique or MM firm, or with BB in Russia) before an MBA, and the content/format of the resume itself. Brutal honesty, please. I need a realistic assessment of my chances.

  • I had to reformat it slightly to look right on Razume, so the actual version of the resume looks marginally more professional.

I would remove the religious stuff off of your resume.

Assuming that the formatting is in the traditional business style and this is just a razume issue I would say clean up the education a little bit. I understand why you put the GPA clarification, but I feel as if it makes your education part a little too cluttered.

I might omit the leadership part since you have been working and your work exp should show leadership without a specific area saying so.
