Resume Review: Full time IB

Hey all,

I'm a long time reader of the forums and am hoping for some resume advice as I continue to apply for full time positions. Please rip my resume to shreds.

I appreciate any advice, input, or criticism.

Thanks a bunch in advance.

Honestly, I have it there to attempt to make up for my bad GPA and show that the classes that pertain (sorta) to the jobs I'm applying for are the ones that I've done relatively well in. I wouldn't be opposed to removing it, but I'm just really ashamed of my cumulative

mr.b packmate:

I think you should narrow down the number of jobs you list and elaborate more on the ones you end up choosing

agreed it looks a little too cramped and you can take a couple old jobs off. also think that "relevant coursework" gpa might make people raise an eyebrow - what is your major GPA

major gpa is around a 3.2 as well

How many do you think is ideal?

Opstar lifestyle, might not make it

I would change your first work experience to: Investment Banking Summer Analyst

the reason that i'm hesitant to use this title is it was not a typical 70-100 hr/week position. hours ranged from 20-40/week depending on deal flow (it is a very small firm)

Get rid of the periods at the end of each bullet. Move "City, State" directly after the firm and shift the date up a line. As above has said...take off some of the jobs (e.g Fraternity).
