Well, I'd lose the bullshit at the top. No need to say you're "team focused." Add a bit to your college if you have some honors, lose high school. I'm pretty sure everyone had a high school diploma, it isn't adding value unless it is a new england prep school, in which case you'd have some honors to put down because everyone does.

Put June 2008-Present instead of a blank space.

Make your IBD experience more results orientated. How did you contribute?

Don't put down that you participated in calls and transcribed minutes. What are you, a secretary?

listing Office, XP and OS X as skills is, to paraphrase dosk, like saying you're capable of breathing

You're trying to get a job, not a date, there's no reason your resume needs to be so anorexic.

alligator09,

Are you looking to stay in finance?

Not quite sure why you have your high school diploma listed; unless you're from some incredible private academy.

The points about your experience in banking are pretty weak! After looking over this thoroughly I can't tell if this is a joke or not. The first bullets of your internship and Full-time experience are identical. Can't you think of something different?

"Due diligence" - way over used.

"Transcribed minutes of conference calls" - huh? I'm glad you can type.

I'd be happy to help out. PM me.
