Preface to the onslaught of constructive abuse:
Hired straight out of school into BB back office with no prior internship experience. Buy side portfolio management support has been my only role for 3+ yrs.
Concerning the inconsistent verb tense usage - My role has evolved from being strictly reporting, to an advisory & front facing position with various product desks. Wasn’t sure how to best reflect this.
Truly appreciate the feedback.
Did you go from the Graduate Training Program directly to an AVP? If not, you should separate your job titles/functions.
