Just a small thing.. The dates you have put for the Sigma Capital experience seem to be going backwards, whereas the others don't; a little bit inconsistent. Unless it's meant to be July 2010?

Try to beef up the leadership section, the work experience looks good though.

I agree. Try to quantify your resume more. i.e. Increased profits by 20 percent, etc.

Perhaps you are bordering on TOO MUCH work experience. I would focus on 3 work experiences and beef up your ECs and also why is your degree bolded, your school should be rather...

you have the stuff to get some calls ... just needs to be presented in a different way.

I'm not trying to be an asshole.... but it's the school's you've attended. Those are not IBD schools.
