Resume Review - No calls

Have been applying to IB positions for quite sometime now..no calls whatsoever. Please review my resume and advise what needs to be changed. Also is it worth going for WSO's professional resume service? i am sure it is good but just want to make sure before spending $200.

"Organised team building exercises to promote interaction among team members."

This has no context and is borderline laughable. Rephrase or remove.

Take out the world record straw thing, it's lame.

You need quantitative injects in your bullets.

QUANTIFY YOUR EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see many numbers under your experience section!!! Tell me how you helped the company make money or save money (and how much)!!!!!!!

Just a small thing.. The dates you have put for the Sigma Capital experience seem to be going backwards, whereas the others don't; a little bit inconsistent. Unless it's meant to be July 2010?

small but important. thanks a lot.

Perhaps you are bordering on TOO MUCH work experience. I would focus on 3 work experiences and beef up your ECs and also why is your degree bolded, your school should be rather...

you have the stuff to get some calls ... just needs to be presented in a different way.

perhaps join the lax team.. srsly

International PympI'm not trying to be an asshole.... but it's the school's you've attended. Those are not IBD schools.

Ignore this. I know guys that have gotten to IB at GS and JPM (just off the top of my head) from schools that you've never heard of.
