I'm currently working for a BB in an Ops and Tech 2-year rotational program. I'm hoping to break into the business side in a research focused capacity in the next few years, preferably within the same company. I graduated from a non-target with a somewhat limited alumni base in this space.

your formatting is weird and also put experience before your activities/awards
I'll definitely switch experience with activities/awards.
Also, I noticed that when I uploaded the file, it threw off the indentation for the activities/awards section. On my file, those bullet points are aligned with the bullet points in the other sections.
