Need more bullet points for the ER job this summer.
I use a minimum of 5 per position if they are relevant and one line of text per bullet point.
Never seen an "In process" before but I guess it makes sense if you want something between the BS and MS.
Make sure the city,ST is right-aligned properly

The ER job is a school year internship. 10-15 hrs a week, so its not too big of a deal, thats why there are only 2 bullets. Do you think I should add more?
I would like to add onto my work experience, but I dont have any more room. Should I reduce the leadership experience, even though its probably the best thing I have going for me?
