Resume so far enough to get me into SA position?

Currently this is my resume. I intend to join another finance related club at school. I have a small hedge fund and no name boutique IB that said to call them when fall comes around because that's when their next wave of interns can apply. Should I take those and try to make them my ideal selling point?

I also want to start a non profit organization that advances education in finance and accumulates money to invest and then donate to charities. I still have to see whether this is actually possible.

Currently I also have an interview coming up with a small private equity firm that I'd be doing work for remotely.

I also have another job that I have to put down which is doing analysis on investments for a company's 100k portfolio. The company is not finance based tho.

Any recommendations or suggestions?

The top tier middle market banket has an IB division that I was not in though.
