Resume Style

I find it hilarious that every single resume on this site has the same exact layout(including my own!). Is the sheep like behavior more recent or has the majority of resumes always looked the exact same? WOuld you recommend to try to stand out from the crowd? Does HR give 2 shiits about it?

I've noticed that as well. I've been told that is the Stanford biz school format, not sure tho. It makes sense because I ripped that format off of mergers&inquisitions as what he recommends & he's a Stanford alum. I think especially now, your not going to get more IB in terms of a resume format, it's kind of like if you don't have that style (or fairly close) it would look out of place.
