I would recommend past tense action verbs, analyzed instead of analyze, researched instead of research.

Actually, it's appropriate for the Compliance section to remain in the present tense, because the role is ongoing, and the lines are more responsibility-based rather than descriptions of completed projects.

However, the Wealth Management section should definitely be changed to past tense, like the Assistant Manager section.
