Rip it apart please

Long story short - non-target, mediocre gpa, commercial credit analyst. I'm not gunning for BB or anything like that. It's too late for me, but I would like to eventually transition from credit to a corporate financial analyst position. I like investment banking but I don't think I could even get hired on at a boutique firm at this point. Any feedback is appreciated!

P.S. Would registering for the CFA I exam be beneficial or just a waste of resources? Thanks!

I hope you know the blacked-out text is still there and can be read. If it is your actual information, I would remove it ASAP.

I can't speak much to non BB IBD resumes, but some of your spacing is inconsistent (Lubbock entry), bullet points should go three-quarters of the way across, text could be 1 pt smaller, too much white space at the bottom, lengthen entries by explaining how you did things, make the diamonds under "profile" smaller. Sorry I can't be of much help.
