Few small suggestions:

Put Cumulative GPA instead of GPA
For graduation put Expected May 2019
Switch Honors & Organizations to Scholarships and Awards: Dean's List, X Scholarship, Y Scholarship
Too much accounting courses for relevant coursework, have some finance courses as well.

Sure, here is a more detailed opinion:

I like to keep my bullets to one line max whenever possible. Most people will not be reading the entire bullet point so by having that many extra words, it's simply wasting space. You are not optimizing space properly. By having a bullet that takes up one full line and than say 40% of the second line, there is still 60% of space on that second line that is just being wasted. Chances are, you can find a way to cut the 40% and than use that entire blank second line elsewhere.
Cut down on the number of bullets in general.

Some of the things I noticed:
- Why do you have your competitions listed in awards AND in your leadership experience. To be quite frank I don't see that as leadership experience. Something more along the lines of a position in a club or something. I would completely get rid of it from your leadership experience portion and instead just keep it in your awards section
- You misspelled Ph.D
- Don't use an ampersand every chance you get
- Don't include many bullet points on things that don't seem as important (i.e.

I was told to minimize white space entirely. also the interest section is there because my entire resume is finance without it. Would it still be a good idea to get rid of it?

I had an "Interests" section in my resume as well. I got mocked over it by the whole trading floor (after getting the job) and it had pretty basic stuff, like going to the gym (I was really into it at the time), reading finance books, etc.

I learned including it might hurt you more than it helps. If asked on an interview, go ahead and talk about your interests, but please keep them off your resume.
