Biggest hole I see is weak bullets. Try creating extremely specific bullets, which will also make them longer. answer questions like how many? how often? how big? Try consolidating bullets too, 6-7 is probably too much.

Take this with a grain of salt, but why do you have books read on your resume?

Someone told me to put that on there.

 

Wasn't necessarily a critique, just was curious.

I'd put work experience above education, and I think you can shorten some of those lists.

 

Unfortunately, I have seen a lot of resumes like this. You had 4 years in college to do something (internship/part-time work) resembling finance but you didn't. But now, you are really into X. It is just a little hard to believe.
