Rounding a 3.75 to a 3.8?

I currently have a 3.75/4.00 GPA. Would it be acceptable to put 3.8/4.0 on my resume? I would probably only do this for highly competitive positions that informally screen for a 3.8+. Is it worth doing this for all my resumes?
