SA IBD Resume, non target school

Hi everyone,

I'm applying for SA positions and I'd really value some feedback on my resume.

I go to a non target and I'll be applying to as many banks as possible. My resume can be found here: http://www.razume.com/documents/18246

Thanks

The res looks fairly good overall. I like the format as it is very easy to read and pick out experiences. I would definitely recommend quantifying more of your contributions. I only saw one number throughout your entire work exp section. Apart from that it is a good resume; one other recommendation would be to take out "avid sports fan" on your interests section and replace it with something more informative. What sports do you participate in/follow. Something to the effect of Recreational water polo or Competitive triathlete etc... is better than enjoy sports.

Make these and some other minor tweaks and you should have a solid opportunity to land interviews, though networking will be critical as your GPA isn't stellar (not bad by any stretch, just average).

Agreed, everything else looks solid and attractive, but the only drawback so far is the lack of any quantitative information in your experience. Look at how quantitative your Leadership section is compared to your Experience. If anything, it ought to be reversed. Make the one match the level of the other and you ought to be golden. Best of luck breaking in as a non-target.

I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.
