What I would say is the area with the biggest room for improvement is your descriptors. You should have more quantitative indicators in what you did instead of simply saying what you did, if that makes sense. "Fostered relationships with key clients" is something that seems particularly weak to me, for example.

Other tiny things: Your dashes are not consistent, not a fan of the bullets (just personal though), and your indent looks weird on the first line for each work position. They almost seem like they could be fine as bullets themselves.
