Also that Health Care equity analyst position is pretty relevant for HC IBD - you should try and expand upon that more if you can. Is there any particular reason you are leading aren't leading with your work experience? Besides the equity analyst role I would also try and break out some more of those roles if possible - better to expand upon a few than just word vomit 15 different things
