Same resume or draft completely new one?

Hey everyone,

After updating my resume to include my 2009 internship, I realized that it looks basically the same in format and appearance as before, save a few new entries.

For FT recruiting if I got an internship interview but failed to seal the deal at a given firm, does it hurt to submit the same looking but updated resume for FT? I doubt they would remember mine out of thousands they received a while back, but I want to know if keeping the same style hurts me. Should I change the font or draft a new one?
