Seeking FT IBD and Equity Research Positions - Help a Monkey out

Hi Ya'll

I'm a non-target with decent internship experience starting to apply to FT IBD and Equity Research positions. Any critiques or suggestions you have to improve my resume are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

No way you'll be able to break in IB with a resume that screams I love investing.

You shouldn't have a problem for ER

Agreed, focus on ER and AM positions. Your experiences show no indication you want to do IB.

Get rid of coursework. Don't need to show that GPA is out of 4.0, it's always assumed. Work experience seems a bit weak - it should have precedence over your Other experiences. Instead of a colon in intramural sports, use parenthesis.
