Currently a Junior majoring in accounting at a semi-target looking for a BB IBD internship this summer, with hopes of full-time offer.

margins, your lines are of different shades, at the top it looks weird to me, but you can keep it if you think its fine. I'd only have email and phone number
Use BIWS format, the top looks pretty weird
I would expand more on your work experience. That is by far the most important aspect of someone's resume and I think you could use more than half the page
