Semi Target Resume Critique for Management/Human Capital Consulting

I'm a sophomore at a semi target looking to get into consulting with pretty strong leadership background a decent GPA (3.66, expected to rise after this semester). I've gotten a lot of feedback from my school's career services, but would like some blunt feedback from people with more recent/relevant experience. Do I have a chance at some of the consulting firms that recruit sophomores (Deloitte, PwC, Booz, Accenture)? What concerns would you have as a recruiter? What gaps should I fill? Does my lack of direct business experience hurt my chances? Thanks for any feedback.

Secondly, you must quantify more. Its missing at a lot of places where you could quantify your results.

Moreover, Use PAR (Problem-Action-Results) There was this X problem where you did Y and led to Z --> this gives a direct effect of how you 'impacted' in a clear straightforward way.

you're trying to include too much that's not really worth mentioning, leading to tiny font and a billion bullets per line

figure out what's important about you and stick to that, less is more

also your school name's still in there
