Semi-target senior applying to 2nd tier/boutique consulting - Thanks for the help!

I'm a rising senior at a semi-target with a 3.8 GPA. I know MBB/Deloitte is out of reach so I'm targeting 2nd tier and boutique consulting (firms like IBM GBS, ZS Associates, smaller shops,..) Please take a look. I really appreciate and will give sbs!
