Shadow effect on the Head titles?
Is it professional and nice to have shadow effects on Head Titles, Name and bolded words???
Or is it better only on the Head Titles and your name or just nowhere at all?

I'm making it up as I go along.
Keep the shadows off of the resume - your text will stand out just fine - additional decoration takes away from the content - keep it professional and keep the shadows off. Also, your bullet points are uneven, as Cornelius said - they should all be in line top to bottom (sub bullet aside).
