Should I include high school?
I went to high school in the United Kingdom, live in the US, I assume it's worth putting on my resume since it's a differentiator?

Yes, if your high school is well known/a magnet.
Do you mean your GCSE grades? I don't put them on mine, but many people do. Depends on how much space you have on your resume after including the important stuff.
