Should I remove an IPO deal from my resume if it never ultimately IPO'd, but we did file the S-1?

Hi Guys,

I was working in energy IB and left a year and a half ago for an Independent Power Producer (IPP) where we are buying pre-built and operating renewable energy projects. I am starting to recruit again and was wondering if I should keep this one deal on my resume.

Before I left we filed the S-1 announcing to the market the Company's intent to IPO. However, after I left IB the market tanked and the Company accepted alternative financing and is no longer planning to IPO. I want to keep the deal on my resume because its the one renewable energy deal I worked on as a banker and that is the industry I am trying to build a career in. If I do decide to keep it, I feel that I will need to make it clear that they did not IPO

Does this group have any objections of me keeping it on my resume? Do you think it could be received poorly?

Thanks!

Sam

How would you format that? Or do you have any examples to look through by any chance
