Should I should leave my return offer from my internship on resume?

I interned for 8 months at a small startup and worked in Accounting. I did not find a great job after graduating in December and accepted a return offer as an Accountant. Today, I received an offer for a FP&A position at a new company. This is what I wanted to do originally so I will accept it. Should I leave my 4 month stint as an Accountant on my resume? Yes, it was a short time but I did have 8 months with the company before and I have a good reason to why I left. Thank you all for the help.

Should I leave in on my resume or take it off?
