Should I start a data analytics club
I am a rising junior at a target Canadian school. For the upcoming year, I am considering to open a Data Analytics club. I am planning to organize many events related to data in finance within this club. I was wondering how much could this help my resume ? (my ultimate goal is to break into IB or S&T)
Do it if you're interested in data analytics, and how it relates to Finance.
Don't start it if you're only interested in it on your resume. 1 year isn't enough time to build a great organization anyways, so it'd probably look decent at best.
