Should I wait till I finished my internship?

So basically, I have this internship in september. Other than that one, I will not have any relevant experience.

I would like to start applying now for internships next summer. Should I wait till the end of my internship to update my CV, or should I apply now? If I apply now, I will add that I have the internship, but I obviously can't add any bullet points to the internship line, or go into more detail.

Thanks in advance if you could help me.

I was in this same situation in March with an internship starting May. I put incoming "whatever-position-you-have" intern without adding bullet points, and then I was able to talk about what I expected to be doing when asked in interviews.

It also worked as a good way to follow up with interviewers after a month if I hadn't heard anything because I had new experiences to talk about.
