Spring insight week-Wreck my CV

Hi, I am a first year international undergraduate student from LSE hoping to apply for spring insight week (the standard set of JP Morgan, sachs etc.......), I have minimal leadership/co-curricular experience as I was very much academically oriented. Now going to uni I know the competition is up there for hedge fund and IB, so any advice or constructive criticism would be deeply appreciated! Thank you
