S&T Cover Letter Advice
Can anyone point me to some good resources on how to make cover letters for S&T jobs? I assume you do not want to rehash any part of your resume (except by broadly pointing out you have skills which transfer to S&T). I also assume your cover letter should be pretty terse (one or two paragraphs top), especially for BBs which don't have the time to read your cover letter anyway. There also seems to be advice in another thread that your cover letter is not the time to mitigate for weaknesses, only to bring out strengths (dealing with weaknesses will come during the interview).
Do I have it right so far? Can anyone point to me to some good websites/sources/pieces of advice?
