Weak Formatting, Line up you Bullets. Also, instead of blacking out the firm names, school etc. write something like "Boutique Investment bank doing $XX M in deals, Non-Target Top 50 Undergrad business program, etc" Easier for us WSO Community to "Review."

When you say the bullets are off...some of the bullets are supposed to be secondary so that may be what you are referring to. I agree, it looks mesy. Trying to figure out how to restructure it so that secondary bullets don't make it look as cluttered.

For the sub-bullets or whatever you want to call them, make them a different shape, a dash or something, to differentiate them from the parent bullets. It will clean things up a bit.
