Stating graduation date

Hi all, Would like to know how would you state graduation date if you were in my position. Long story short, in 2014 I scored required ECTS credits but have not submitted my Master thesis due to workload (I have already been working FT), therefore I dropped the uni. Finally, I have submitted my thesis in 2018 and graduated in January 2019. I am not sure how to handle that gap, should I just put graduation date without studying years?
