Submitting resume in a few days, please DESTROY it

Hi,

I'm going to give my application to be referred soon so please tear my resume apart. I attend a semi-target school and I'm interested in Management Consulting. I'm applying for all the major consulting firms: MBB, Deloitte S&O, LEK, PwC, Accenture etc. I've been networking extensively and secured referrals for a decent amount of them.

Reading this my first thought is, the "quantified" results are nice but I still don't know what you did, so would add more descriptions there.

May not apply to all points but for the first few: 1) what were factors that improved engagement rate? how did firm modify communication strategy? 2) what were the updates, why were you updating things? what was the data in relation to? 3) what were the data points, and what were you filtering for?

Generally I want to see that you understood what you were doing and why you were doing it. Saying you "improved this thing by researching stuff" makes it hard to get that sense.
