grades are top but work experience is meh, imo. will get interviews assuming you are are target but need to sell yourself very well. grades barely matter once you make it into interviews

This sounds rather fruity. To me, this sounds like you do boxercise, step aerobics or hot yoga. Exercise classes are for chicks. Don't misrepresent yourself.
