Summer Job/Internship to help resume?

I will be graduating high school this May. I plan to study finance/accounting in college (most likely at Univ. of Illinois Urbana-Champaign). I really want to find a summer job/internship that will help me in my future. What kind of jobs could I apply for that would look really good on my resume and give me work experience that would impress future employers? To put it simply, I want a job this summer that would give me a better chance of obtaining prestigious internships while I am an undergrad. I have already applied to all of the local banks. What other businesses should I apply to? I appreciate any help. Thanks!

Heck, work retail. It's inspired the living heck outta me to work on how to improve businesses!

Or, perhaps, take some UG classes if you have the opportunity to do so. Go sailing, play golf, do something fun! You've gotta have good stories to tell, ¿non?
