Synonyms for Accounting-centric words for my resume

Hi all,

My job: Currently providing some "expert financial service" to a restaurant as a freelancer.

In reality this is a job that any knowledgeable accountant can do. I basically have financial statements (of few months) in an excel file and my job is to ensure these figures are uploaded correctly to the restaurants accounting system.

So I'm attempting to professionally mention this in my CV and I was looking for some tips/advises.

1)Would it be okay if I give myself the designation "Finance Analyst" instead of "Accountant"?

2) Wouldn't it be better if I mention the company which owns the restaurant as the place I worked instead of the name of the restaurant (as the place I worked)?

I'm drafting this CV for PE-Analyst role. So don't want to give off an undesired impression to the interviewer
