Taking a Modeling or Other 'class'

So they have these IBD, modeling, HF tax, etc classes offered by NYU, COlumbia and other colleges...

looks like a couple classes as opposed to semester...how would you show this in a resume if it even matters at all..i doubt i'd make a whole new headline "NYU - blah blah program" as it's only for one course (or do i?)

should i put it under my Education (non-target) as a bullet point "took blah blah class at NYU, etc etc." or would it totally go under "Other/Additional" as opposed to "Education"? grazi

Honestly, the impact it will have on your application will be minimal. I suggest you don't over-emphasize the experience - just one line will be fine. Putting it under education "totally" works.
