http://docdro.id/fZ8cM7H

I failed 2x to get a BB IBD internship so im doing a masters to get a 3rd shot.(London recruiting)

I appreciate any advice given to me. Im still in the process of doing my current internship so it doesnt have too much detail.

If you really go to a target your career center would have fixed this for you and then proceeded to flog you for having such poor form.

I'd ding you if this was on my desk because the glaring issues below leave an overall impression of a lack of polish.

Tiny issues:

Put Awards under education.

Standardize your job titles. Choose summer analyst or internship and stick with it consistently.

Think about cutting down the number of courses you list.

There are several times where you have a word in an odd tense or with a misplaced comma like you were in a rush.

Don't use language that directly refers to yourself in your resume. Words like "my" or references to "I" are already implied since it is "your" resume.

Glaring issues:

"Skills and Competencies" makes no kind of sense. Literally not one skill or competency was listed. Was this an oversight when you redacted your info or did you seriously do that?

Space is precious and you waste it on "etc"? C'mon man...

Your bullets need to be strengthened up a bit. Stuff like; "Worked as intern...the traders activities" is taken for granted already. Say something meaningful instead. Other things like; "Presenting my ideas...my communication skills", "Presented my comparison...", "helping to..." are really cringe worthy to read out loud.
