I see strong demand for analysts. But if a college grad/analyst asked for a guaranteed bonus during the interview/recruiting process he would be shown the door.
The thing is, analysts don't really need guarantees because bonuses are paid within such a narrow range already and don't vary with individual/bank/industry perforance as much as MD comp for instance.
well its not really guarantueed bonus...but more like a sign on bonus.
