To include or not to include 3.1 ugrad GPA

I went to a top LAC and majored in Biology. This whooped my ass and I only have a 3.1 to show for it. I got an MFIN which I got a 3.5 GPA in. My question is do I include the 3.1 or leave it off?

Hmmm, I think you could leave it off. The most relevant GPA is your MFin and besides, a lot of people get a grad degree to boost GPA. I think you should be ok.

liberal arts college (LAC)

and yes, I think you have to include it, otherwise they assume less than a 3.0
