Top 25 biz school (undergrad) tell me where I f'd up.

Hello,

I know my resume has a lot of room for improvement, so please tell me how I can stand-out a bit more.

1. How can I improve my resume with what I have
2. What can I do to improve my resume before Feb when I start applying for my first co-op experience

I have a lot to learn about the industry, so your harsh criticism is appreciated.

I would definitely recommend using the M&I format just to make it more visually appealing...

As far as improving your resume, join one (or a few) of the clubs that are offered on campus (Finance and Investment Club, IDEA, Huntington Management Consulting) and attempt to show actual interest so that you can hold a leadership role by the time you begin to search for your second co-op. First co-op won't make or break you but try to get a position that will set you up for the competitive jobs typically reserved for 2nd\3rd co-ops.
