Transfer Student Resume Background Check
Hi I'm a Master's Student. I recently got internship for coming summer. During my BS I transferred schools. On my resume I just put the school I graduated from, and my GPA and my current school and my current GPA. I'll have to fill up a background check form soon, do I need to mention my transfer school on my background check form?

What the heck is a "background check form". You usually just sign off saying they can snoop around, you don't have to specify anything.
