Trying to lateral...

Hey guys,

So i've been working at my bank since june and I just don't click with my group, i get along with everyone else, just not my group. I'd really like to lateral and get into a group I find more interesting anyways. I'm kind of curious as to what to include on my resume since there really haven't been any deals. Just pitches for the most part. Any suggestions on what I can include to make myself get a resume? Also, does anyone know of any groups looking to recruit an analyst? I already have my licenses so I figure that might also give me a boost.

Ummmm, I think you will have to wait for at least a year before even approaching another group. Don't get me wrong, you can always try to network with people in the group you want to lateral in early out.
