I don't know why so many people overthink this. If you have an offer in hand for a move that is easily explainable why would anyone think this is a bad idea?
This is totally fine, your moves are explainable and clearly upwards. It can take some jumps to get into IB if you don't start there. Just be conscious of where you go next - i.e. don't leave GS to somewhere you only stay for 1 year as well.
