Will be applying for summer positions when they open in July/Aug/Sept, but want to make sure my CV is up to scratch before

Any tips/improvements?

maximumlikelihoodGreat format. Bullet point sentences are a bit long. Please remove GCSE's noone cares about them. Otherwise no other criticisms - good luck!

GCSEs should stay in. I always look at GCSEs when CV screening - better indication of raw intelligence than A Levels, and 7 A*s is decent.

Really? That's quite depressing. I don't even remember my grades. After double masters etc. it becomes less important no? I guess maybe I am aiming at a slightly different insertion point...Anyhow, if that's what they want, that's what they want.

@all: One question about the Spring week bullet. Does one really write "March 2012 - March 2012" or is it better to put it that way: "March 2012"?

@amit31: I guess you had your Spring week in 2011? Change the date. ;)

Thanks for the quick replies.

@PlusMinus: No my Spring week will actually be in 2012 (obviously the bullet points for that are more an estimate, but I think it reflects accurately what I will be doing, however I will probably modify that section after completing the Spring week).
